Dr. Arielle Webb has their PhD in Clinical Psychology with specialized training in diversity, community mental health, LGBTQIA+ psychology, and trauma. They work as an individual, relationship, and group psychotherapist, a clinical supervisor, an educator, and a consultant in both community mental health and private practice. They work relationally from a person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and social justice lens. Their professional passions include advocating for clients' rights, social justice and equity in mental health, de-colonizing the field of mental health, gender-affirming and neurodiverse-affirming care, and increasing knowledge and access to psychedelics, especially within marginalized communities.

Dr. Webb has experience working with various mental health challenges with adults and teens from diverse backgrounds. They teach and provide consultation on topics related to LGBTQIA+ psychology, mindfulness-based approaches, kink- and poly-affirming practices, diversity, serious and persistent mental illnesses, psychedelic healing and integration, and many others. They are trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and LGBTQIA+-affirming approaches to psychotherapy in addition to psychedelic integration and support and being a certified Sex Educator. They are Trans, Enby/Non-Binary, Queer, ethnically Ashkenazi Jewish, and White and have committed to lifelong self and community work to address issues of racism, oppression, and power of privilege.
