Pronouns: She/Her

Sara Provence is a queer LMFT based out of San Diego, CA (Kumeyaay land). Sara recently took on the role of Program Director for Integrate, a mental wellness collective based out of San Diego that is committed to increasing access to ketamine-assisted treatment for BIPOC and queer folx. Prior to taking on the role of Program Director, Sara has been a collaborating therapist supporting many of Integrate’s psychedelic offerings, including: retreats, group medicine journeys, a 10 week ketamine-assisted low/no cost cohort, donation-based group medicine journeys and the recently launched Queer Psychedelic Facilitator Education Program. Sara was certified to provide KAP via PRATI in April 2022 and has been working and enjoying medicine-space ever since. In addition to her work with Integrate, Sara runs her own private practice, where she provides integrated, compassionate and individualized treatment to folx using modalities centered on enhancing self-compassion and connection with the inner-healer, such as IFS and EMDR. Sara is committed to providing gender-affirming, anti-racist care and is committed to engaging in the learning and unlearning required for decolonizing the therapeutic space. Sara has enjoyed integrating ketamine and EMDR in her individual work with clients and hopes to be able to expand out this offering to more, with a particular focus on serving those within the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
